i want to organise a ‘The Apprentice-style’ project for a youth organisation over the summer however I need lots ideas on what tasks I should set them and what the main prize should be.

well there was one time in primary school where we were set into groups of 5-6 and we were given a selected number of straws a few strips of sticky tape at a certain length and a piece of paper. and the task was too create a model of a bridge, which would be placed between the back of two chairs, capable of holding a 1 pound of weight.
This task would enable you to see who works well in a team who uses the most of what they have.
