It was April 2003 when Joey Cruz auditioned for FORMALity. Just after the dust had settled from FORMALitys unstoppable 2002 season, Joey took the first step in what would inevitably lead to the rise and relevance of FORMALity. He assumed a role as a dancer, and trained under several directors, including Erik Saradpon, FORMALity founder. Setting an example from anywhere within the organization, Joey had proved that his leadership skills were unique, and was given more dominion over FORMALity.
Through FORMALity, Joey has had the privilege of performing at remarkable venues such as The Ellen Degeneres Show, Culture Shock Showcase, Choreographers Carnival, Fusion, SF Hip-Hop Dancefest, East Coast Dance Competition, Fusion, and Body Rock. He was part of the gold medal winning team that competed at the USA & World Hip-Hop Championship from 2005-2007. His choreography has been highlighted in routines performed by FORMALity, Hi-Fi, FLIPSIDE & Mass Appeal. As a resident teacher at Studio FX and the Academy of Performing Arts in San Diego, Joey has gained international acclaim teaching in London, Toronto, & Montreal.

EuroDEMOS developed the European training How to forestall the modern human traffic from 18th to 26th July 2009 in Iaşi – Romania. The project has been funded with support from the European Commission through Youth in Action Program. Partners of the training are 12 organizations from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Latvia, Poland, Republic of Moldova, Romania and Turkey. The main theme of the training are: human rights, how to recognize a legally founded models or events organizing agency – legal aspects, alarm signs of an agency potentially involved in or interested in traffic with models, quality standards of a models agency, psychological and social consequences of the modern human traffic. First I’d like to say sorry to any of my subscribers who thought this was gonna be 7 minutes of AMV awesomeness. I was sick last night and felt like making something that would require hardly any editing at all.
Anyways, all this is is a video to showcase the Organization’s various weapons. Each one of the members has a different weapon and ALMOST all of them have a cool scene where they summon it. Unfortunately, Xemnas and Zexion don’t even get a cutscene that so much as shows their weapons. (The leader and my favorite character were ripped off) 
And I don’t have the subbed scene w/ Lexaeus’ weapon.
P.S. To make this video more interesting, comment on which weapon and/or weapon summon you like the most. My favorite weapon is Marluxia’s (who doesn’t want a scythe?) and my favorite summon is w/out a doubt Xaldin’s (tornados+lightning= badass)

An animated version of the OrgLIX audio soundtrack episode “Pregnancy Scare” which was premiered at the OrgLIX Openly Mocks Kingdom Hearts Cannon panel at AnimeUSA 2008 in Virginia on October 10th.
For those who don’t know though I should hope not with 150 suscribers now, OrgLIX is a parody of the Organization XIII characters from the Kingdom Hearts games.
Orin Drake wrote the script and edited the audio, all the voice actors involved are credited (I voice Luxord though he’s not in this sketch) and all animation was done by myself.
