Minnesota HCAN Coalition Says Health Insurance System Set Up To Generate Profits While Failing To Provide Health Care and Denying Claims

Minnetonka, MN – UnitedHealth Group, the nations largest private health insurer, was targeted Monday morning by over one-hundred members of the Minnesota contingent of the Health Care for America NOW (HCAN) coalition, including small business, labor, faith-based, and non-profit advocacy organizations. The group convened outside the doors of UnitedHealth Groups Minnetonka headquarters protesting the health insurers practice of denying care and claims in order to generate record profits. Six arrests were made after protesters refused to stop blocking the doors to the headquarters.

Were here today to stop UnitedHealth Group from continuing its business practice of denying health coverage and insurance claims as the primary means of turning a profit, said Julie Schnell, President of SEIU Healthcare Minnesota and one of those arrested. Enough is enough. The status quo is failing most Americans. The time has come for Congress to ensure we have the health care we can afford and that means the choice of a public health insurance option.

While health insurance CEOs took home $690 billion, health insurance premiums have been going up four times faster than wages. In addition to ongoing federal lobbying efforts, UnitedHealth Group has also been involved in work to prevent a public option from becoming law. In an August email, the insurers advocacy group UnitedHealths United for Health Reform, urged employees to attend town hall meetings and contact congressional members to elevate anti-reform messaging. And UnitedHealth Group, through its subsidiary Ingenix, is the sole owner and funder of the Lewin Group, which produces polling and research content widely cited by the GOP to stop health care reform.

Austrian journalist Jane Bürgermeister, who recently filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations (UN), and several high ranking government and corporate officials concerning bioterrorism, has been fired from her job. On Monday, I was unexpectedly fired from my job as European Correspondent of the Renewable Energy World website, Bürgermeister writes on her blog.
Because there is reason to believe this decision was related to my filing charges alleging bioterrorism against the people of the USA and the rest of the world, and because I am entitled as a citizen to report a crime if there is credible evidence, I intend to file a lawsuit against Pennwell, a magazine, she explains. I have heard of other journalists fired or harassed for covering this subject.
In a document entitled Bioterrorism Evidence, Bürgermeister points to an international corporate
criminal syndicate and extensively details its plan to carry out mass genocide against the American people by unleashing a deadly flu virus and instituting a forced vaccination program.

There is proof many organizations — World Health Organization, UN as well as vaccine companies such as Baxter and Novartis — are part of a single system under the control of a core criminal group, who give the strategic leadership, and who have also funded the development, manufacturing and release of artificial viruses in order to justify mass vaccinations with a bioweapon substance in order to eliminate the people of the USA, and so gain control of the assets, resources etc of North America.

Bürgermeister says the core group sets its strategic goals in secret using the Trilateral Commission and Bilderberg meetings. It can be identified as the Illuminati, a mafia-like group with family dynasties at its center. It is the worlds first truly global crime syndicate based in off shore banking centers and employs international organizations such as the UN and WHO.

In October 2007, the World Bank Institute, the Tanzanian Commission for AIDS, the Prime Minister’s Office for Regional Administration and Local Government, The Global Fund and other partners organized a learning program to help Tanzania improve information flow, transparency and accountability in their response to HIV/AIDS at the community level. The program helped increase the capacity of key players at the district and community levels so they can more effectively administer, distribute and allocate financial resources and supplies for HIV/AIDS, thereby ensuring that the resources reach the intended beneficiaries and are used for the intended purposes. People living with HIV/AIDS, faith based groups, community organizations, districts and local and national government institutions identified their own tools such as participatory planning, community involvement, community score cards, public budget hearings, use of radio, open council sessions, transparency in bids and purchases, protection mechanisms of people of reporting corruption, regular executive meetings, use of minutes and reporting, monitoring and evaluation, among others.

Cerebral Palsy (CP) is a term used to describe a group of disorders affecting body movement and muscle co-ordination. The medical definition of cerebral palsy is a “non-progressive” but not unchanging disorder of movement and/or posture, due to an insult to or anomaly of the developing brain. Development of the brain starts in early pregnancy and continues until about age three. Damage to the brain during this time may result in cerebral palsy. This damage interferes with messages from the brain to the body, and from the body to the brain. The effects of cerebral palsy vary widely from individual to individual. At its mildest, cerebral palsy may result in a slight awkwardness of movement or hand control. At its most severe, CP may result in virtually no muscle control, profoundly affecting movement and speech.

Depending on which areas of the brain have been damaged, one or more of the following may occur:

(1) muscle tightness or spasms
(2) involuntary movement
(3) difficulty with “gross motor skills” such as walking or running
(4) difficulty with “fine motor skills” such as writing or doing up buttons
(5) difficulty in perception and sensation

These effects may cause associated problems such as difficulties in feeding, poor bladder and bowel control, breathing problems, and pressure sores. The brain damage which caused cerebral palsy may also lead to other conditions such as: seizures, learning disabilities or developmental delay. It is important to remember that limbs affected by cerebral palsy are not paralysed and can feel pain, heat, cold and pressure. It is also important to remember that the degree of physical disability experienced by a person with cerebral palsy is not an indication of his/her level of intelligence.

For a long time people have been asking why Americans are not up in arms, screaming and shouting about their fast disappearing liberties along with the continuous passage of legislation that they vehemently oppose, from the banker bailout, to the cap and trade bill, to Obamacare. Well now they are screaming and shouting and if the momentum continues to build, this rebellion could the spark to ignite the second American revolution.

For those waiting for a summer of rage it has now arrived outraged Americans across the country are exercising their first amendment rights to do the most American thing imaginable speaking truth to power through non-violent civil disobedience.

At first the establishment left media attempted to attack the credibility of the protests by claiming that they were the work of health insurance company lobbyists but when that fizzled after ABC News reported that there were no lobbyists present at the demonstrations, the attack dogs shifted their rhetoric to claim that the protesters were Nazis and right-wing extremists.

Meanwhile, at the same time media apologists for the administration are labeling the protesters as violent and dangerous extremists, Obama supporters are beating up Obamacare protesters while foundation-funded organizations like ACORN, MoveOn.org, the National Council of La Raza, the eugenics front Planned Parenthood Federation of America, and the Clintonite John Podestas war-mongering Center for American Progress are supporting moves to chill free speech and eliminate protesters at town hall meetings.

The only people acting like Nazi brownshirts are the White House front groups who are now calling for the police to crack heads and silence voices of dissent.

The desperation on behalf of the Obama administration and its mouthpieces in their attempts to denounce the protests is clearly evident, to the point where they are now compiling an enemies list via snitch tips sent to them via the White House website in order to try and neutralize the growing anger.
