Jermichael Mitchell, Gregory Brown, & Craig Winder founded the nonprofit organization Reaching Our Children that helps out the youth here in Salisbury, Maryland. KIDZ R.O.C. is a division of the organization that deals with the youth working hard at playing basketball to develop their skills as young men growing up in society.
