Among a great deal of paperwork we drew up a "mission statement", but I do not recall who in specific required it for which particular permits, etc. I would think you could google "starting a non-profit org. legal requirements" or a variation on that theme and hit on some good ideas.<br><b>References : </b><br> I managed a non-profit wildlife center.
