Megyn Kelly’s ACORN “Interview” Fair on Fox News?

After Fox News smeared the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) throughout the Fall 2008 campaign, warning of massive voter fraud that never ended up happening, you would think Fox News’ Megyn Kelly would be bringing on ACORN spokesperson Scott Levenson to apologize, but, instead, the Fox News smear of ACORN just continued as I show in this latest video.

As an answer to the last question asked at the end of this video, because Fox News knows that the majority of newly registered voters support Obama, as the polls clearly showed in the months leading up to the election.
Come on, America. We can do better than this. Obama isn’t a socialist, anyone can see that. He can’t even stand up for his public option. Fox News has been doing this all along, putting fear in the hearts of anyone who is already afraid of the “Left”. Don’t let them keep at it.

Well since they lead voter registration drives favoring democrats through an organization that should be nonpartisan, but circumvent those laws through keeping themselves broke up into both tax exempt and other orgs., it is obvious they can influence elections by shifting the electorate and giving more representative power to “friendly” states. Since they were federally funded and had access to taxpayer money, they can funnel that money. What exactly was factually incorrect?

No rational person would think that the Haliburton scandal is on the same level as a nationwide organization who has the power to permanently influence elections and extort people, businesses, and politicians as though they were the mafia.
So no, it is NOT a valid concern. It’s not a defense of ACORN. I don’t see how you can sit here and accuse someone else of flawed logic when you have committed that error yourself so blatantly.

Flawed logic, since I never claimed to be a liberal. It is a valid consern. If there can be corrupt liberal orginization, it stands to logic a conservitive orginization could fall under the same trappings. And I fail to see how a group that has documented toxic spills, overcharging the US goverment for oil, and had Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld take direct control of the $7 billion contract is magically immune to questioning.

I am not a fan of Fox News, but watching this in its entirety, I have to side completely with Megyn Kelly on this. The guy came on with an attitude, and waltzed around every question. If he had been open and apologetic regarding the convicted workers, he could have saved a little face.
Megyn is actually a pretty sharp interviewer. Nice work on her part….

the point has to be made if the company was vicariously liable for the workers, i.e, if there was a contract FOR service or a contract OF service. If there was a contract of service, then ACORN is liable and the plea is an indictment of ACORN.
