   meals on wheels, the salvation army, candy stripers, the retired folks that volunteer at hospital waiting rooms & do other free work.

   PTA helps in schools. All the youth sport coaches they give of their time and their money to help young people learn a sport and learn to be good sports. They are never paid except through the hugs of the kids.

   Meals on wheels deliver meals to needy shut ins. Pads provide meals and shelter to shut ins.
