I am unable to work, due to health problems and right now driving a friends car, but have to get up early to take him to work. Besides my health problems, I have a 2yr old and it makes it even harder on the situation. Can anyone tell me if there are any programs out there where I might qualify to get help getting a car or possibly be able to get one through charity?

Yes you can.My grandmother had breast cancer and she was in need of transportation.The hospital she was going to said that they could help her.They sent her to a church group that handles alot of charity things for the needy.Try a local church.
