BCCF helps to create opportunities for those who are marganalized and need to become self-reliant, instead of just handing them something that would sustain them for a day. What a wonderful organization to get behind! Give a man a fish and he’ll eat for a day, teach him to fish and he’ll eat for a lifetime…
