The National Cristina Foundation is a not-for-profit foundation that matches donations of computers and other technology to charities, schools, and public agencies across Canada and the U.S.
You enter the information on their online form – what you are donating, where you live, etc. then they seek to match what you have with who needs it where you live.
They say "Donated equipment is generally removed by the partner organizations. Donors can also drop off equipment at a designated location or ship it to the partner organization."
Great resource for eligible recipients in need of donated technology as well. The National Cristina Foundation targets the "donations of used computer equipment to organizations that will use the equipment for purposes related to training, job development, educational programs and other related projects that focus directly on improving the lives of people with disabilities, students at risk, and economically disadvantaged people." The do not donate to individuals.

Why don’t you contact some local public schools in your area. I’m sure that they would appreciate it greatly.
