What basic kinds of rights do you think workers should have in business organizations today?

Their basic rights, as those of all people, should be to have a say in things to whatever extent they are affected by it. To have property as occupied and used, rather than by fiat. Therefore it would follow they should run these businesses and own what they produce, while they use means of production. GM, as one example, is the property of its workers in my view until they are no longer using its factories and facilities. People can and should run their own lives.
