This march and rally highlighted the racial injustice and violence committed against communities of color in the state of Wisconsin and elsewhere. The case of Cha Vang, a Hmong who was killed by James Nichols early this year, was also highlighted by speakers from several organizations, including Latino and African American groups, the Hmong National Development, and the YWCA.
