I also recommend that you go to www.grandforksherald.com and contact Dorreen Yellow Bird. She is a columnist at the paper who used to work for NCAI in the late 70's and through most of the 80's and has been active in tribal life on the reservation. I don't know her personally but I went to college with her son and this is how I am aware of her.
