Do American Buisiness and social organizations have any obligation to the ideals of free speech?

legal obligations? moral?

aren’t they free to not have to let people do or say what they want in their place of business or social club. freedom goes both ways, private businesses and clubs should set rules that pertain to their beliefs and morals. public is another issue.

When it pertains to their bottom line, sure they feel they do.

It’s the soldier not the reporter, who has giving us the freedom of press. It’s the soldier not the poet ,who has giving us the freedom of speech. It’s the soldier not the campus organizer, who has giving us the freedom to demostrate. It’s the soldier not the Lawyer, who has giving us the freedom for a fair trail. It’s the soldier who salutes the flag, serves the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who gives the protester, the right to burn the flag.
