Finals are approaching and I have several outlines for each class, but I could use a concise, yet thorough (30-60 page) outline for these 2 classes. Thanks for any help.

Also you could try using Crunchtime (commercial outline by Emmanuel). They are really good…short and concise. They even have short answer/essay and multiple questions to help you. You could probably find used copies on amazon.com.

A local religous organization has made a monetary contribution to a campaign to retain in office some of our state judges. Judges are appointed, not elected, but they can be voted out of office in an election. There is a current effort to vote out some of our state Supreme Court justices and a religious organization made this contribution to the effort to retain them. Is this legal? Either way, please give citations. Thanks!

If a non-profit organization contributes to a political campaign they seriously risk their 501c3 status. The IRS seriously frowns on these kinds of things.

I want to start an organization in my local community to help animals, but I need some ideas on what I could do. Any suggestions?

first figure out how you want to help. exp help shelter with pet food or beds, or take money to a shelter ext. you could have a donation yard sell and all benefits go to animal shelter or ask for people to turn in unwanted dog beds blankets and collars food bowls treats shampoos ext to you and at the end of the month donate them after they have been cleaned

What are the two types of organization used in compare and contrast essays? What are the steps of organization? What happens if you skip a step?

I would introduce the topic in the intro paragraph and then depending on how long your paper needs to be, develop a couple compare topics and a couple contrast topics in the body paragraphs. I always find it helpful to look at examples to better understand how to write specific types of essays:
